I want to make sure that you have the best experience possible. I am very grateful that you are here to purchase my works and it is my desire that the process goes smoothly for you and for us.
Shipping
Because we are a mom n pop shop we ship two days a week. Those days are Tuesday and Friday. All prints are shipped in triangular tubes and protectively wrapped in fun bubble wrap. Originals are sent in custom protective packaging.
Orders placed the week of a convention or upcoming convention may face a delay. Travis likes to sign orders as they are placed. He cannot sign them if he is not here, or is frantically prepping for a show. We appreciate your understanding.
Returns: Books & Prints:
If you receive one of these items damaged please email us at
orders@beanleafpress.com with a picture of the damage. We will be happy to send out a replacement within a week of receiving your email.
Originals/Commissions
These are obviously harder to replace. If there is damage please return the item to us and email us the postage amount. We will be happy to refund you your shipping charges. Travis will sob with you because the original was damaged.
Commissions are non-refundable and Travis will work to redraw the piece, unless it is original artwork from the books.

Refunds: If you are unhappy with your purchase of books or prints you may return undamaged merchandise to Bean leaf Press P.O. Box 6095 Moreno Valley, Ca 92554. Please send us an email to
orders@beanleafpress.com stating why you were unhappy with your purchase and let us know when you mailed it out. We highly suggest tracking. We cannot refund your money if we do not receive the merchandise. Please allow up to four (4) weeks for you to receive your refund once you return the package. This allows for plenty of time for shipping, processing refund information and for funds to be reapplied to your paypal account.
